Indecent Liberties with a Child |

Sheriff BJ Barnes announces that on 2/3/2010, Guilford County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested Mr. James Christopher Hardy with the assistance of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
Mr. Hardy was charged with three counts of Attempted Indecent Liberties with a Child. Mr. Hardy had been chatting with a Guilford County Sheriff’s Office Detective, whom he believed to be a 13-year old girl, since June 2009. During that time, Mr. Hardy had numerous occasions where he attempted to take immoral, improper, indecent liberties with the undercover Deputy’s persona. Mr. Hardy currently resides at 2836 Old Salisbury Rd., Winston-Salem, NC. He has a date of birth of 05/20/1971. Mr. Hardy was taken before a Greensboro magistrate and given a $35,000 secured bond and a court date of 03/03/2010. |
