NOTICE OF SALE - COUNTY SURPLUS SALE

Notice is hereby given that the articles listed below are in the possession of the Guilford County Sheriff's Department, and notice has been duly given to all persons who may have or claim any interest herein; that such claim of interest has not been established.  The undersigned Deputy Sheriff will offer said articles at public auction to the last and highest bidder for cash on the 28th day of March, 2009, at 9:00 am.

This sale will be conducted at Guilford County Agriculture Center at 3309 Burlington Road, Greensboro, North Carolina.  Said articles consist of bicycles, tools, jewelry, and other miscellaneous items.  Viewing of the items is from 8:00 to 9:00 AM on the morning of the sale.
