Under and by virtue of judgment rendered in the above entitled action, an Execution was issued by this court on the 4th day of September, 2008, directed to the Sheriff of Guilford County from the Court of Guilford County. The undersigned Deputy Sheriff will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash whatever rights, title, and interest, if any, in the below described real property which Alfred M.
