Under and by virtue of judgment rendered in the above entitled action, an Execution was issued by this court on the 82nd day of May 2008, directed to the Sheriff of Guilford County from the Court of Guilford County.  The undersigned Deputy Sheriff will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash whatever rights, title, and interest, if any, in the below described real property which  now owns or has owned at anytime after the docketing of the judgment in these actions.

Said sale will be held on the 4th day of August, 2008, at 10:00 am, at the Guilford County Courthouse, upper ground level, S. Eugene Street, Greensboro, North Carolina.  The real property for sale is described as that parcel of land situated in Clay Township, Guilford County, North Carolina.  The description of the real property is as follows:

BEING ALL OF LOT 12 OF DEER TRAIL SUBDIVISION, PHRASE 1, MAP 2 OF 3, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 138 PAGE 024 GUILFORD REGISTRY

Note:  The Defendant’s rights, title and interest, if any, in the above described property is being sold subject to any and all prior liens, encumbrances, easements, and mortgages which may be of record against it.  No representation or warranty of title is expressed or implied.  Potential bidders are responsible for doing their own research to determine what lien, encumbrances, or other property interest may effect the title of the named defendant, if any, in the property being sold.
