THIS sale shall be held at the following location: Guilford County Courthouse, upper ground level facing Eugene Street, Greensboro, North Carollina, as designated by the Clerk of Superior Court. The sale will be held at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of August 2008. This sale shall be made subject to all liens, mortgages, easements, and encumbrances which were or became effective on the record prior to the lien of judgment under which this sale is being held.
