Under and by virtue of judgment rendered in the above entitled action, an Execution was issued by this court on the 22nd day of October, 2007, directed to the Sheriff of Guilford County from the Court of Guilford County.  The undersigned Deputy Sheriff will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash whatever rights, title, and interest, if any, in the below described real property which Donna McNeal, now owns or has owned at anytime after the docketing of the judgment in these actions.

Said sale will be held on the 15th day of January, 2008, at 10:00 am, at the Guilford County Courthouse, upper ground level, S. Eugene Street, Greensboro, North Carolina.  The real property for sale is described as that parcel of land situated in Bruce Township, Guilford County, North Carolina.  The description of the real property is as follows:
