Under and by virtue of judgment rendered in the above entitled action, an Execution was issued by this court on the 8th day of November, 2007, directed to the Sheriff of Guilford County from the Court of Buncombe County.  The undersigned Deputy Sheriff will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash whatever rights, title, and interest, if any, in the below described real property which  Cedar Ridge Equestrian Farm LLC, now owns or has owned at anytime after the docketing of the judgment in these actions.

Said sale will be held on the 5th day of February, 2008, at 10:00 am, at the Guilford County Courthouse, upper ground level, S. Eugene Street, Greensboro, North Carolina.  The real property for sale is described as that parcel of land situated in Center Grove Township, Guilford County, North Carolina.  The description of the real property is as follows:

1511 CEDAR RIDGE FARM RD, GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA, 27455
