NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY UNDER AN EXECUTION

Defendant: Diana M Deberry Under and by virtue of judgment rendered in the above entitled action, an Execution was issued by this court on the 15th day of April, 2008, directed to the Sheriff of Guilford County from the Court of Guilford County. I will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash whatever rights, title, and interest, the judgment debtor owns or may own in the below described real property which is subject to sale under an execution. The real property being sold is described as that certain tract(s) of land lying and being in Sunset Hills Subdivision, Guilford County, North Carolina, and being more particularly described as follows: 2504 BERKLEY PLACE, GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA. FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION SEE DEED BOOK 6273 PAGES 0087 - 0089 IN THE OFFICE OF REGISTER OF DEEDS OF GUILFORD COUNTY. THIS sale shall be held at the following location: Guilford County Courthouse, upper ground level facing Eugene Street, Greensboro, North Carollina, as designated by the Clerk of Superior Court. The sale will be held at 10:00 AM on the 20th day of May 2008. This sale shall be made subject to all liens, mortgages, easements, and encumbrances which were or became effective on the record prior to the lien of judgment under which this sale is being held. There is a deed of trust or mortgage on file with the register with the Register of Deeds on this property. The judgement debtor has claimed her exemptions in this real property if used as a residence. If the debtor has claimed this exemption, she is entitled to receive and retain $18,500.000 in value from the proceeds of the sale of this property.
