Under and by virtue of judgment rendered in the above entitled action, an Execution was issued by this court on the 25th day of March, 2008, directed to the Sheriff of Guilford County from the Court of Guilford County.  The undersigned Deputy Sheriff will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash whatever rights, title, and interest, if any, in the below described real property which Eric Page, now owns or has owned at anytime after the docketing of the judgment in these actions.

Said sale will be held on the 20th day of May, 2008, at 10:00 am, at the Guilford County Courthouse, upper ground level, S. Eugene Street, Greensboro, North Carolina.  The real property for sale is described as that parcel of land situated in the City of Greensboro, Center Grove Township, Guilford County, North Carolina.  The description of the real property is as follows:

5815 BAYLEAF LANE, GREENSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA.
